Why I should pay to post my cars or Real Estate Ad?

What is Free Ad Limit on Vehicles and Real Estate Ads?

Free Limit defines how many Ads you can post for Free on OLX in less than 30 days. To increase your chances of selling and improve the quality of ads on OLX, we changed our posting policy in the real estate categories. You will now be able to post 2 free ads every 30 days in the real estate category and 1 ad in the Car category. Any additional ad will be subject to a posting fee

Why do Free Ad Limits exist?

Free Ad limits are incorporated to benefit both sellers and buyers. Without limits, some users spam our platform with countless Ads including duplicates. This creates clutter which spoils buyer experience and reduces a genuine, committed seller’s chances of selling.

If I delete my current Ad, can I post another Ad for free?

No. Free Limits Ads are based on Ads ‘posted’ and not ‘active’ Ads.

This means if you ‘posted’ 2 Ads in the last 30 days and the limit is only 2 free ads, you cannot further post ads for free regardless of these Ads being live or deleted by you. In case you have deleted a pending ad, the free limit will be further delayed by 30 days from the date of deletion.

Similarly, deleting a Paid Ad does not mean you can use another

How can I purchase Paid Ads after crossing the Free Ad Limit?

You will be notified when you try to post an Ad after your Free Limits are over.

This takes you directly to buy Single Paid Ads.

You can also click on “Activate Ad” on a Waiting Ad in My Ads section to make the payment and activate it.                             

What are the modes of payment?

Available payment options:

    • Credit and Debit cards: We accept all international Visa, MasterCard.

 

How long will my Ad stay live?

Your Ad will stay live for 30 days from posting.

 

How can I track the Paid limits that I have purchased?

Any purchase for Ad limits appears in your account under the payment section

  

Disclaimer: Free limit Paid Ad or Paid Ads packages will be considered valid only for a unique product offer. The Ad cannot be edited to post a different product subsequently. Doing so will lead to immediate termination of the free limit for that Ad and no refund will be provided.

If the account is banned due to policy violation, any available credits are forfeited.
